This is a video recipe – on how to bake a beet cake by tiger in a jar!  I really love the colours and the overall tone and style of the video.  I wonder if there are already cookbooks or cooking magazines on iPad with videos like this instead of the conventional photo-ingredients-instructions layout?

I’ve always been intrigued by the process of a moving image project – there must be so much to consider and so much to do just to get everything perfect!  I would certainly love to be involved in a film project some day!
